While stained glass items don't require too much maintenance, None of this is Cake offers a Clean Your Glass! Pack in the Stained Glass Accessories section of the shop. If you don't want to get our cleaning kit, follow the following instructions:

Use Pledge with a microfiber cloth to clean or polish if needed. 

DO NOT use harsh chemicals like ammonia, Windex, or vinegar cleaners on your piece as they may damage the solder or patina.

To preserve the life of the piece it is not recommended for outdoor use.

If the piece contains pressed botanicals or snake shed it can not be submerged. To  preserve pressed botanical colors, it is recommended the piece be kept out of direct sunlight. 

Not at all! Stained glass is perfectly safe in your home as long as you keep it clean and make sure no one licks it! Most solder contains lead, so make just sure to wash your hands throughly after handling. If it is a major concern, you can buy specialized soaps or wipes online that are made to quickly and efficiently remove heavy metals from skin. 

Note that all jewelry is made with lead free solder. 

While an item in my shop may be made on a smaller scale, it most likely will not be much cheaper than its larger counterpart. This is because working with small glass pieces is sometimes much harder than working with larger ones.

Unless the pattern is for sale by the original artist, absolutely not. Art is an artist's intellectual property. I *may* be able to create a piece inspired by the art you like, but I will not steal another artist's ideas and create them to their exact specifications.

Typically it takes me 1-3 business days to ship orders out. Stickers are shipped in a stamped envelope (no tracking information) and art pieces are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express (with tracking and insurance). 

No. Shipping is calculated automatically based on the weight and size of products. If you would like to order more than 1 item from the shop, please contact me to make a custom listing for you with a more accurate shipping charge. I will try to refund shipping overages.

Absolutely. All pick-ups will be from my home in Downers Grove. Pick-ups must be arranged prior to pick up. DO NOT show up at my home without scheduling pick-up/time and day first! 

I can absolutely deliver your item(s) to you! The delivery fee within 10 miles of my home in Downers Grove is $25. Outside of the 10-mile range, it is an additional $3 per mile. (So if you live 13 miles from me, your delivery fee will be $25+ $9 for the additional miles- a total of $34). 

At this time I do not have the capacity for wholesale orders, sorry!
